DAVIDO SLAMMED WITH A N20M LAWSUIT OVER BREACH OF CONTRACT
Davido has been hit with a fresh scandal. The ace singer has been accused of breaching a contract signed between him & 001 Entertainment, the organizers of “The Nigerian Queen” who have now written him to demand N20.5million in damages within 7 days or be dragged to court.

001 Entertainment, through its manager, Churchill Eneh, said it contacted the musician’s management company, The Plug Ng and after an agreement with the manager, Asa Asika, N5million was agreed which was fully paid for Davido to perform alongside other guest acts like Funke Akindele Bello and Styl Plus at the 9th edition of The Nigerian Queen which held on Saturday, June 10th in Port-Harcourt.

Davido allegedly confirmed his appearance and also instructed the organizer to pay return flight tickets for 6 persons for his 8:45am trip to Port-Harcourt on 10/06/17. At an extra cost, the flight was again re-booked for 4:50pm of the same date.

TNQ Manager, Churchill Eneh was shocked when about 2:30pm he received a call from Davido’s agent that he (Davido) had withdrawn from the event without any reason. Consequent to this, TNQ organization were forced, at an extra and exorbitant cost of N2.5million, to hurriedly arranged for another artiste, Adekunle Gold to save their face.
